We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as bank transfer - this is available for all customers. We do not handle or come into contact with ANY of your personal payment information, that is all handled by Stripe who operate the very highest security standards.
We also accept Bank Transfer for UK, EU and International customers. At checkout, simply click the Bank Transfer option and confirm your order, please then email us with the subject line Bank Information. We will then email you our bank details and payment instruction. It is very important to follow the directions exactly and then email us back to confirm payment has been made. We hold orders for 48 hours, so if we have not heard from you within that time, we will delete your order to free up stock.
UK Customers- as you are already in the UK, we expect payment to be sent for your order within 24-48 hours. If nothing has been received during this time, we will cancel your order to free up stocks for our other customers.
In addition - we now also accept Bitcoin as a payment method - during checkout please select Bitcoin and we will email you full instructions within 24 hours with our wallet address.
Please note - if a successful payment is made, it can take up to 1 working day to update your order status, so please do not worry if nothing has changed a few hours after placing your order. Please also check your spam/junk folder as our updates often end up in there.
Bank Transfer - Additional Information:
For UK customers, bank transfer payments can take 2-6 hours to show if you have used the Faster Payments option. For International Customers payment can take 1-5 working days. For all payments made by debit or credit card, they will be instantly processed by Stripe, so we do encourage, where possible, to pay by debit or credit card as its instant and there is no delay with your order.
PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL UPDATE YOUR ORDER STATUS AS SOON AS WE CAN VERIFY YOUR PAYMENT AND YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED PAYMENT, AS WELL AS ADDITIONAL EMAILS CONFIRMING WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, ALONG WITH TRACKING INFORMATION, IF APPLICABLE. WE CHECK FOR PAYMENTS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, SO AS SOON AS WE CAN CONFIRM YOUR PAYMENT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE UPDATED. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM EMAIL FOLDER AS MUCH OF THE TIME OUR ORDER UPDATE EMAILS TEND TO END UP IN THERE.
We will then ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment (business days only) Occasionally, if there are issues such as no stock, or staffing issues, which is rare, this can exceed the 24-48 hour period, so we ask in advance for your understanding, as these things happen.
For items ordered that are out of stock, we can have your order to us within 7 days, and shipped on to you from there.

We endeavour to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment (Business Days). Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 2pm UK GMT. Please note, whilst we often work on Saturdays, we do not ship on Saturdays. Any orders placed Friday evening and over the weekend period will be dispatched first thing Monday morning.
Your orders will be sent by Royal Mail, 1st Class Recorded delivery. This is a next working day service and will usually require a signature. If you do not want or are unable to sign for delivery, please insert in comments the words UNTRACKED at checkout. Please be advised if choosing the untracked option, we will only keep proof of post and you will not be able to track your order at all.
UK orders arrive on a next working day basis 99% of the time. During busy periods this can extend to 2-3 days, although it is rare. Once your order has been sent, we will send you a tracking a number, so you can keep check as to where you order is. We charge £4.48 per order within the UK which is the exact amount Royal Mail charge us, we do not seek to profit from postage etc.
Should you require Special Delivery i.e. Next Day Guaranteed before 1pm please email us before placing your order - the price for this is £7.30.
We ship from the UK all over the world. However must state, it is your responsibility to ensure the products ordered are legal to import into your country in advance.
Your orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class International Airmail Tracked and the charge for this is £10.00 - we do not make any profit through shipping and only charge what it costs us to send. In fact in some countries it costs us more than £10 to send so we lose a little! But we like to keep things as simple as possible. This is most often a signed for service. If you do not want or are unable to sign for delivery, please insert the words UNTRACKED INTERNATIONAL in the comments section at checkout. Please note in such circumstances if the parcel were to become lost, we would be unable to take any responsibility for this as we are unable to track the item and confirm it's whereabouts, however we keep proof of post for all parcels we send, as well as email receipts and will help where we can.
We will update your order with a tracking number once sent, allowing you to track the status of your order. A link will be provided to track your item. We package all orders completely discretely and securely.
We are unable to provide an ETA into your country, as once your order leaves the UK, the time scale is down to how quickly and efficiently your countries postal system processes the order. Generally speaking, for EU countries it takes 2-6 working days, for the USA/Canada and Australia it takes 4-15 working days. These are averages based on our experience.
We can offer an express option internationally - the cost of this varies from £15-35 GBP. Average delivery time is 2-4 working days. Please contact us in advance should you wish to have your order sent via Express Delivery and we will work out which courier to use.
Please be advised that we expect you to have checked your countries applicable laws before placing any order with us, as we are unable to do this for you. We ensure every order sent is packaged professionally, securely and with discretion.
In the event your item is lost or seized, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues ASAP. We do reship whenever possible and we will always do our best to please our customers. However, if you have ordered products knowing they are in fact illegal to import into your country, we will not be able to assist in any way. Remember, all products are for research use only.
